Make up has always been such a keen subject of interest to me so when this huge box of festive goodness from L’oreal showed up at my doorstep, I couldn’t wait to dive right in. With Diwali around the corner, a look to match the vibe was unavoidable. This Diwali is exceptionally special to me because it’s going to be the last one with my family, in the home that I’ve lived for years so I’m pretty definite of going all out with my look too! I decided to play around with my L’Oreal goodies and create a look that I would be wearing this Diwali.

I started with the Infalliable foundation in the shade 140 and blended it with my makeup sponge. The coverage of this foundation is something I love specially for those events or special occasion as it takes your make up one step closer to looking flawless! The finish is pretty matte and natural looking so you can totally skip the powder. I then moved on to the Color Riche  La Palette in Nude Rose. I initially wanted to do a smokey eye but then I decided to stick to the neutral shades from the palette and then amp that up with this gorgeous Gel Intenza in the shade Royal Blue. The brush that comes with the gel liner makes it extremely easy to apply and also helps in getting that sharp wing. I loved the slight pop of colour it added and to contrast it, I decided to go with a red lip! But before that, I warmed up my skin and added some much needed glow by adding some of the Lucent Magique Blush in Sunset Glow. It slightly contoured my face while adding that glow. Two coats of the Volume Million lashes mascara and this stunning red lipstick from their Pure Reds collection in the shade Blake, completed the look!

I’m absolutely loved the way it turned out and I thought along with the make up I’d give you a guys an entire look to enjoy. Taking inspiration from my make, I stuck to blue and peachy tones for my ensemble too. I slightly curled my hair and threw in some statement jewellery to compliment it all. I hope you guys enjoyed the photos and if recreate this look, don’t forget to share it with me!
